The economy is still not good as you know. Our orders have become smaller as well as there are less of them. We have had to reduce our staff because of this, so our customer service hours have changed. We are to limiting the hours we are able to answer the phone. The hours of availability are 9:00 to 3:00 est; closed for lunch 1 to 2 pm. We have had to make these changes in order to keep our merchandise at this incredibly low price and not require a minimum purchase amount, as so many companies require.

I know Seminar attendance was down last year. There were many factors I am sure that played a part in this. Money being a major one. Last year we missed seeing a lot of directors that we usually see at Seminar. Since attendance was down last year this dramatically affected us too. It was hard after Seminar last year and we are struggling with the economy as many of you are. We have had to make constant changes to the way we do business now.
