Credit Card Security Code

There is so much fraud with credit cards nowadays. To help prevent this, the 3 digit code (CVN) on MasterCard, Visa and Discover and 4 digit code on American Express is usually required to process an on line order at check out by most sites.  Some of our customers now guess at the code which holds up their order for processing while we verify the card.  The credit card processing companies will be charging the merchants/on line stores a fee if they do not have the 3 digit code. Times are tough for everyone now and a fee would be a needless expense that we do not want to pass on to our customers by increasing our prices.  By requiring the code it will not only save money but protect our customers. We hope everyone understands that we are only trying to help the card holder by requesting this security information.
